Hydraulic Load Test (use of onsite water) $500

FHA/VA/USDA Water Test $250


Basic Water Test $175


Additional Structures or Outbuildings $50 each


Weekend appointments by request   $50 


  Roof Inspection                                           

 (This is without a home inspection) $150.


**Cancellations must be 24 or more hours ahead or there will be a $150 fee **
