**Cancellations must be 24 or more hours ahead or there will be a $150 fee **

We provide excellent customer service, maintenance tips, great communication!  We also walk you through the home at the end of the inspection!  If you can’t make it to the inspection don’t worry, my inspection reports are very detailed and easy to read!
